Marc A Experience of a lifetime: Climbing Kilimanjaro then Safari

I 100% recommend the adventure with Dickson and his team. I had started to organize my trip (kili climb + safari) very well in advance and Dickson was always very responsive to answer my questions no matter the time of year. By going through him directly we were able to obtain much more affordable prices than via a French agency, and he adapts to what exactly you want to do. We chose the Machame route for Kili, and despite dire climatic conditions which made the experience very difficult mentally, Dickson and his team always took great care to make our lives easier and they took us to the summit ! Then we wanted to do a safari, we only knew that we wanted to do 6 days, Dickson took care of everything for us, optimal itinerary passing through the most beautiful parks (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) Lodges as a result while staying in our budget. Small bonus, we were able to make a transfer to him for the safari and Kilimanjaro before the trip, which allowed us to not have to travel with lots of cash. You can trust Dickson with your eyes closed!

Dickson and his team was highly recommended by some of my hiking group members who'd used them. Hence, my wife and I decided to use them too. It was such a remarkable experience right from the minute I messaged him to get the ball rolling. He was professional right from the get go. He provided all the information we need and more and responded promptly. When we got to the airport, they picked up and took us to our hotel to settle in. The following day he showed up with the whole team. 7 days with Dickson's team made the experience much better than we'd envisaged. They were patient, attentive, funny, encouraging, always in good spirits and they spoilt us rotten. 🙂 We couldn't have done it without them. We intend going back for other treks on Kili and Mt. I summited Mount Kilimanjaro in June 2021 with Dickson, and it was without a doubt the best experience of my life! I wholeheartedly recommend this guide and his team, who were always supportive and attentive. The week-long trek was well-paced, and Dickson was a tremendous help during the final ascent, encouraging me when I was dealing with altitude sickness. I also made a 2 days Safari right after the summit, perfect timing and experience to end the trip.

Dickson was our outstanding guide on the climb of a lifetime - the ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro. He was well prepared, took great care of us and led an excellent team. An enjoyable person to hike with, Dickson also shared his deep knowledge of the mountain and environment. We have traveled extensively but, because of Dickson, our time on Mount Kilimanjaro stands as one of our best.

Dickson was our guide during our 6-day hike on the Machame route. He is an exceptionally experienced and professional mountain guide, and thanks to his expert leadership, we all made it to the summit. Everything was flawlessly organized, and despite the additional challenges of hiking during the rainy season, everything went smoothly. We were also provided with excellent food—special thanks to the cook who accompanied us on the tour. It was a fantastic experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Dickson and his team.

I spent the best 7 days of my life thanks to Dickson and his team! Would never have mode it to the top without him! Dickson really cares about his client’s health and security. He his very reactive and such an expert you can follow him eyes closed! In addition to his precious help and motivation (always positive mind attitude) Dickson shares everything he knows about the country, the culture, the history and of course the mountain. The tour is perfectly organized, amazing food and great comfort, we were treated like princess we even had our own toilets. I recomend 1000%. We went to zanzibar after the treck and Dickson arranged everything for us there, very enjoyable !

We went up Kilimanjaro on a 7 day trip with a friend, just us two girls... And the amazing team Dickson had put together. The planning is so easy, he makes everything roll from pick up at the airport, transfers, hiking and return to the airport. You just follow the guide. And what a guide! He is very professional, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We felt so safe all the way and were taken care of so well. Not enough words to express our gratitude to Dickson, it was fantastic! Stop looking, you've found the right person for your trip! Ps: he was also great in helping us organise our trip to Zanzibar, which was part 2 of our holiday, just ask him!

I went last summer with my father to climb up the western breach of Kilimanjaro. This group was enthusiastic and ready to help the whole time. They really went above and beyond to make our experience as valuable, fun, and comfortable as possible. I wish the best for each and every one of them, and due to their flexibility and care, I would recommend that anyone utilize their services. 5/5.

The tour to Kilimanjaro was successful, fantastic, relaxing for me and I had the perfect companions for me in Dickson and his team. I was well briefed and motivated by Dickson before the tour and then every day along the way. I reached the summit of Kilimanjaro in February 2023, and it would not have been possible without the expert advice and guidance of Dickson and the rest of the team. All of the porters were great, making a friendly and fun atmosphere in each camp. The food which was cooked by the porters was tasty and sufficiently fuelled me for each day of hiking. Dickson and his team provide an excellent service, starting days before the hike began where he explained our itinerary and ensured that I had all the necessary equipment. Amazing experience with Dickson and his team ! We went to the Kilimandjaro in June 2022 with 2 friends and continued with a 3 days safari ! Dickson is caring and always positive. We had no trouble during this trip everything was fantastic from the pick up at the airport to the end of the trip. We made it all to the top and felt very safe during the entire ascension. Dickson is a great guy .. a perfect team leader ! Shows responsibility . Cares .. and is abele to observe what is good .. or not ! I got sick and we decided together - on the last trip to the summit — to stop it and return to the high- camp/ You can imagine ,that it was tough for me .. not to continue/ but from the medical point of view / it was perfectly right !
