Surtout pas la nuit de l'ascension.\n\nQuand il fait sombre et froid, et que vous \u00eates \u00e9puis\u00e9, le sommet para\u00eet incroyablement loin \u2013 et cela peut vous d\u00e9stabiliser.<p>I learned to <strong>look down instead<\/strong>.<br>Not metaphorically \u2014 literally.<br>I was just walking\u2026 counting small stones.<br>One step, one breath, one rock at a time.
