Si bien no necesitas ser un atleta de \u00e9lite para escalar el Kilimanjaro, preparar tu cuerpo es clave para un viaje exitoso. La ascensi\u00f3n en s\u00ed no es extremadamente t\u00e9cnica; la mayor\u00eda de las rutas son caminatas tranquilas y con paisajes agradables, aunque algunos tramos pueden ser bastante empinados.<\/p><p>Cada d\u00eda caminar\u00e1s entre 4 y 8 horas a un ritmo c\u00f3modo.
